Under no circumstances shall Amilma Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Amilma Digital or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the materials on this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

Product Compatibility

The products are developed to be compatible with the latest web technologies, as we always strive to stay up to date with new developments. You may experience certain performance or functionality issues with the products if you are using any version prior to this.

Delivery

Information about your purchased products will be emailed to the email address (which you will provide) after we receive your payment. While this usually takes a few minutes, it can take up to 24 hours. You can contact us via our contact page if you do not receive your email after waiting this period of time. You will also have access to your purchased products from your Amilma Digital account after logging in.

Property

All products are the property of Amilma Digital. Therefore, you cannot claim ownership (intellectual or exclusive) over any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products come ‘as is’, without any kind of warranty, either express or implied. Under no circumstances can our legal entity be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising from the employment or inability to use our products.

We believe it is our duty to offer a great experience across most major browsers, which is why our products support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 9+. However, performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.
